1-2-1 coaching is suited to people who want more laughter, fun and positivity in their lives.
It is tailored to individual needs.
The coaching is done over a four week period and involves a 45 minute session each week, plus ten minute of telephone laughter each week day.
N.B. The client is responsible for phoning in to laugh with me.
Weekly homework exercises are given.
There is an option for additional sessions or continued telephone support after the initial period.
Is Laughter Therapy right for me?
You don't need a sense of humour.
You can train yourself to laugh even if you don't feel happy and then you receive all the amazing benefits laughter has to offer.
Anyone can do it and there is a lot of scientific evidence to support the benefits and positive outcomes for mind, body and spirit.
It is easy to learn as we all have an innate ability to smile and laugh.
Laughter and smiling are contagious, so when I am laughing you will feel the urge to join in with me.
We can arrange a short trial session if that would help you decide if a 1-2-1 would benefit you.
